District Biscuit Company in Alexandria, Virginia, makes its biscuits in-house and serves them with honey butter and preserves. Honest Biscuits, a counter at the north end of Pike Place Market in Seattle, offers gluten-free biscuits and asks about allergies before preparing an order. Bird Bird Biscuit in Austin runs a walk-up pickup window, and its fried chicken sandwiches with dill mayo are the signature. Mr. Biscuits Bakery in Wheat Ridge bakes its biscuits from scratch. Breakfast AF in Louisville has a large back patio. Littlebird in Grand Rapids changes its menu regularly. Onefold in downtown Denver offers congee and duck fat potatoes.
