Nordic roasters are known for roasting light, which keeps the fruit and acidity of a bean in the cup, and for serving it as black filter coffee. Tim Wendelboe in Oslo is a small bar and roastery of that kind, run by a former World Barista Champion. The filter coffees are explained bean by bean, and the Cappuccino al Freddo is on the menu beside them. The queue often reaches the street. The bar has very few seats and serves no food and no decaf.
