Sidi Bou Said is the white and blue village on a hill above the sea, a short way north-east of Tunis. Ben Rahim Coffee Company has its bar there and brings its beans from the company's roastery in Berlin. It serves espresso, V60 and flavoured lattes, among them pistachio and rose coffees. Sugar is not served, by policy. The room is small, and the upstairs floor looks out over the square and the mosque.
